Taking away some of the Mystery of the human body will give you back the innate knowledge we all have in maintaining ultimate health. Understanding your body can take a lifetime. However, learning how it communicates, and what it needs can increase your chances of good health, longevity and most important, unnecessary medical treatments.
Our body, without any help or intervention, performs millions of functions each day, that keeps you alive and functioning. If you take away the roadblocks and don’t interfere, you may be surprised at what your body can do for you.
Pre-Conception
Preconception health care for both partners is the key in ensuring optimal reproductive health. It is a way for both parents to improve their fertility and the health of their eggs and sperm.
* Nutritional building blocks which are necessary for the formation of a healthy embryo.
* The removal of toxins which can include heavy metals.
* Optimize reproductive health in both parents.
Many conditions such as infertility, miscarriages, poor fetal health and childhood diseases are preventable and treatable with preconception health care, combined with continued health care throughout the pregnancy.

The Beginning (A Spark of Energy)
The first 9 months of life inside the womb gives us all the information we need to sustain life after birth. The womb is building a tiny battery power plant that will one day have enough energy to sustain itself. But until then the Mother needs to do her best in supporting her body so it can assist in the growth of a dynamic balanced human. -
The Womb
At the moment of conception our nervous system is being created. This part of our anatomy will determine a good, average or bad marriage within the body. This is where Preconception care takes a role in preparing the body for conception. Most doctors have not even heard of this or if they have, don’t understand it. The older the mother is the most important Preconception care becomes. Many people would ask why preconception care wasn’t important 50 years ago. One reason is no one knew anything about it and 50 years ago we did not have all the problems we see today in childbearing, such as older women having children and a food chain that is nutrient deficient.
The nervous system that we discussed earlier is forming during the first 7 weeks after conception. This is also when most miscarriages happen. Remember all you are creating at the start is a source of energy. Energy takes fuel and one of the most important sources of that fuel is the proper foods and folic acid. -
Folic Acid
Folic acid not only helps to build the nervous system but also prevents many forms of cancer and disease from living in the body. This lack of folic acid may be one of the reasons we see so many babies being born with neurological problems and cancer. How does folic acid work? Most known things that can go wrong with the human body is directly related to a lack of or too much of something. This causes a breakdown, under or over reaction of the immune system or communication. Folic acid helps to create and build the cells of communication in the body, besides over 1000 other functions. So our bodies are simply an electrical cellular communication system. Our entire body is made up of cells including the surface of our skin. So every time you touch another person you are trading skin cell communication. This is how the baby knows its mother is holding them even with their eyes closed or sound asleep. -
Pre-Conception
In Pre-Conception the body may have enough folic acid to maintain existence and function close to normal. After conception the average diet is deficient in folic acid and many other nutrients needed to create a healthy human body. Birth control commonly used for many years depletes all B vitamins including folic acid and B12. Many women immediately attempt to get pregnant after being on birth control. They believe the return of their menstrual cycle is a sign that their body is in balance. -
The Food Chain
As most of us know, over the past 80 years our food chain has been slowly depleted of most nutrients we need to maintain good health. Worst of all we are taking medications to help us with diseases that come from nutrient deficiencies and pesticide laced foods. These medications make us further nutrient deficient simply by the drug demand on these nutrients. It’s interesting to think that even drugs need nutrients to work properly in the body. Have you ever noticed a drug working when you first start taking it and after a while it seems to be working less or not at all, or from the start that drug which should have worked did not work at all? Try taking a professional grade multiple vitamin, B-complex and amino acid complex and reevaluate how you feel after a few weeks. That drug might be working better or maybe the body only needed those supplements.
Solutions
Now most of you are thinking the solution is simple. Let’s just start taking extra folic acid and a prenatal way before we get pregnant. If it was that simple we would not have 1 in 10 children born with a disease and 3 in 10 pregnant women having a miscarriage. A miscarriage is a safety mechanism of the body telling you we have lost communication with the baby’s nervous system and separation is eminent.
If we medically try to prevent this miscarriage, or we try to conceive outside of the usual ways, we most likely will end up with problems later in life with the mother or child and possibly both. One example is a lack of mineral during pregnancy showing up as Osteopenia shortly after the childbirth.
So from the beginning the battery was not charging properly and the marriage was beginning to fail.
As we know there are children that are strong and robust on the day they’re born and others that are physically and mentally challenged throughout their entire life. What happens in the womb can dictate their entire life. We have all seen what can happen to twins in the womb when there is not enough to go around. There always seems to be a problem with one or both of the babies.
When you decide you are ready to have a baby first ask yourself, who am I having this baby for? There is only one answer, you. If you have this baby for anyone else you must prepare yourself for a child that is not fully content and possibly a little disconnected. An infant’s nervous system is learning it mothers cell communication and even out of the womb will only feel comfortable and at ease in the presents of those cells. This is where the energy of the human body connects. A baby and a mother both can feel the difference. A restless crying baby with its eyes closed becomes peaceful the minute it is resting in the arms of its biological mother. The only exception is if the baby is under extreme distress from severe pain or discomfort.
This is the start on learning how the human body begins and further reading will explain how it grows, survives and finally ends. How it ends will change the way you live today.
